Easy Knit Scarf
Materials: Bernat Denim Style yarn (3) in color of choice Bernat Denim Style yarn (1) in contrasting color of choice (for fringe) 1 set size 10 circular needles Crochet hook
Finished Measurements: Approximately 7” x 60”
Gauge: 14 stitches and 18 rows to 4”
Scarf: Cast on 50 stitches with size 10 circular needles
K all rows until finished piece measures 60” or desired length Bind off loosely
Fringes: Cut approximately 48 pieces of contrasting yard to desired fringe length Fringes shown are cut to 8” each
- Fold 2 fringes in half together - Bring crochet hook through scarf end from back to front and hook the fold of the fringes - Pull the folded edge of the fringes through the scarf end - Bring the crochet hook through the folded fringes, hook the ends of the fringes and pull the ends of the fringes through the loop formed by the fold of the fringes - Pull the ends of the fringes to tighten securely but do not over tighten - Do this along each end of the scarf at desired intervals
